Easy Breakfast Burritos
  • 2 rolls of sausage I used 1 spicy, 1 regular
  • 6-12 eggs
  • 1 package hash browns
  • Tortillas
  • Shredded cheese optional
  • Jalapenos optional
  • Salsa optional
  • Avocado optional
  1. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain well.   

  2.  Cook hash browns in a separate skillet.  

  3. Add uncooked eggs to the sausage and cook until firm, stirring occasionally.  

  4. When the eggs are cooked, transfer to a crock pot.  

  5. Fold in the cooked hash brown.  

  6. Turn crock pot to low or warm.

Recipe Notes

To serve add filling to a warmed tortilla.  Add any of the optional ingredients to your personal taste.  Wrap and enjoy.
